Coastal Cove near FIT, Space X, Beaches and Downtown Eau Gallie

Not an ideal location (traffic/train noise), but for the value it Positive: The house itself was very nice! No complaints there. Negative: We were woken up many times by the train nearby, as well as the traffic noise. To be fair, I understand there’s not much that can be done about it, but it’s noticeable. Also, one of my friends noticed that the bed he stayed in was a little squeaky when he moved a certain way. On the whole though, not a bad house by any means!

Lenzuola pulite e ottima cucina, spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve. Negative: Strada molto rumorosa e trafficata proprio davanti alla casa e forte rumore di treni. Struttura piuttosto vecchia .

It would have been nice if we weren’t sweating and hot during our stay. Negative: The A/C was inadequate for the unit. It was sweltering hot. We purchased two oscillating fans to be able to even get to sleep. Kitchen was very nice. POD coffeemaker did not work. I got a few drops of crude to come out. Trains constantly running and blowing whistle day and night. Location was good. Cute house. Recommend you get a central air unit or at a minimum ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom , and oscillating fans for both bedrooms and living room. Also put a door between kitchen and room with football table. Needs to repair or replace outdoor benches. Kitchen was actually cooler than anywhere in the house.

I will assuredly return when I’m in the area. Positive: It’s cozy, clean, beautiful, and a much better value than any hotel in the area. Our family played basketball in the backyard and watched movies in the living room at night. It was close to the beautiful downtown, beaches, and restaurants. Negative: I would have liked access to the laundry room.

Love the place. I would rebook. Positive: Very clean. Great location. Had everything. Thank you Negative: Traffic was a little noisy.
